I've been looking for a projector that I can recommend to my students, I use one that is no longer available, and trying to find the right one for an artist has been really challenging. Personal Projector Ltd were incredibly helpful, giving me information about what I needed. They sent me the Pico Genie M550 Plus 2 - and it's fantastic! Small, quiet, I'm able to attach it to a tripod or my overhead rig, easy to use and the picture quality is excellent. Its auto focus is a brilliant function, as is the keystone. I'm so happy I finally have a projector that I can recommend :)

Bought for my Wife's art studies and she loves it for producing better pictures. I use a desk tripod so that we have a downward projection and the tripod head gives movability to position the projector for work and then can be swung around out of the way when not in use.

I spent quite some time researching "artist's projectors" the Pico Genie was always consistently top or in the top three. So after speaking to the nice people at Personal Projectors Ltd, plastic details were exchanged and the Genie was on its way. Within 48hrs it had arrived and I was not only very impressed by it's incredibly small size but also the solid well engineered construction. The unit has easy to understand controls, taking less than 2 minutes to pair with my wife's Samsung A55 ( did I mention it was her birthday present?). The image is very clear with good resolution and contrast and said better half was up and running, sorry sketching within half an hour. The Brownie points were in the bag !! Would I buy the Genie again ? Yes. Would I buy from Personal Projectors Ltd again ? Yes. It's all good. ;)

Been looking for a good projector that would be good for tracing, and this little guy appeared in the top five.It's not bulky. It's not heavy, and it's not complicated. It has its own battery, so it can operate on its own for hours at full charge without it being plugged in so that's really useful.Love that it came in with its little tripod and a little manual on using airplay and other stuff. Unfortunately for me, I'm not that techy with those stuff. But thankfully, plugging your phone or tablet to the projector with the USB, it'll mirror exactly what's on screen. So that's a big plus if I wanted to zoom in.The only thing that I'm hoping for in the future is a protective case for this product instead of the plastic box that it came in. I would definitely invest in that.I am loving this projector and many thanks from a satisfied customer from USA!100% would recommend for any artists out there. Definitely worth the money!
